Shipping Timeframes

  • Local Orders (Pakistan):
    1. Punjab Cities: 3-5 working days.
    2. Other Provinces (Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, etc.): 5-7 working days.
  • International Orders: 
    1. Delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs clearance (typically 10-20 business days).

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as road blockages, public holidays, extreme weather, or customs inspections. We will keep you updated in such cases.

Free Shipping

Free delivery is offered only during promotional periods (e.g., seasonal sales, special events). Outside these promotions, standard shipping charges apply.

Payment Terms

  • Local Orders (Pakistan):
    1. For orders over PKR 10,000, a 15% advance payment is required before processing.
    2. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
  • International Orders:
    1. Full payment in advance is required for all international orders.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

We partner with trusted local and international carriers (e.g., TCS, Leopards, DHL) to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

Delivery Locations

  • Local: Nationwide across Pakistan.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Refunds or returns for international orders will follow our Return & Refund Policy, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
