Return & Refund Policy for PiyaraGhr

Returns
At PiyaraGhr, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team at Whatsapp: 03398882325 or at Email: support@piyaraghr.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. If approved, we will guide you on returning the item to our address:
    Mian Marble Street, Opposite Nadra Office, Faisalabad Road, Chiniot, Pakistan.
    Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at Whatsapp: 03398882325 or at Email: support@piyaraghr.com with photos/videos as evidence. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or return label at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized/personalized products (e.g., monogrammed decor, made-to-order furniture).
  • Sale or discounted items (e.g., seasonal promotions, clearance stock).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants, dried floral arrangements).
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order separately. No additional fees apply unless stated otherwise during the return process.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • A 30% deduction will be applied to the selling amount to cover restocking and processing fees. The remaining 70% will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs (if applicable) will also be deducted.
  • Banks or payment providers may take 3-12 business days to reflect the transaction.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective/damaged items or errors on our part: We cover return shipping costs and will email you a prepaid label.
  • For returns due to customer preference: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
